Daylight Savings Time: Ok, I understand that Ben Franklin's proposal to shift the clocks depending on the time of the year was a boon for farmers in a time where there was no such thing as electric light and a general brilliant idea... However, the time for this nonsense to end has long since past. This is No longer the Late 1700's. Electric light is everywhere and less than 10% of the country's population is employed in agriculture. The shifting of the clock throws off sleeping shcedules and decreases productivity for at least a week. Time for us to stop working for what is now the lowest common denominator and move on with our lives! Lets set them back again!
