Congratulations, Cyberbrands!
Cyberbrands (www.cyberbrands.com)is
an online distributor of "As Seen on TV" products. Recently (though I'm not sure
why) Ben Varela, the president of BeVar Systems, decided he badly needed A Flo-bee self
hair cutting device. After paying for the unit and paying extra to have the package
express shipped, Ben was suprised to note that the unit had still not arrived two days
later...after 4 days, that surprise turned to...well, read his letter for yourself.

I want you all to know just how dissatisfied I am with your
service...
I ordered on Monday March 27th, spent the extra
$20.90 for the fastest shipping you offered "2/3 days from processing" and,
obviously, by the time my order gets to me it will be at least a 7 day wait on my part.
If it is going to take 4 days just to get an
order out, YOU SHOULD STATE SO. I would not have ordered with you.
All responsible companies, that want to keep
their customers coming back, will ship same day when the customer pays for fast service;
this is a standard in the industry.
I feel as if I've been "hood winked"
by the inefficient way you run your business; obviously amateurish and no business
being in Business.
You should refund my shipping cost
period.
Be advised, I am not without recourse, My very
popular site www.bevar.com will roast your site and
company on our BEATINGS page for UNDESIRABLE WEB SHOPPING and I will send this Email to
Maximum PC's DOG house report as well; they love this kind of stuff.

As of this writing (4/5/00) There is still no Flo-bee
here. No response of any kind. We will let you know if there is any change in this case!
