Our first piece of Fanmail comes from John, a customer referred to
us by his brother (how's that for word of mouth!) and who has been with us for about 6
months.

Wanted to let you know that my PIII-500 with the new motherboard and sound card is working
as advertised. Was even able to reinstall OmniPro OCR and get it hooked up to run directly
in MSWord, something that it had previously resisted. Although I'm still missing a
favorite MSWord macro (that cleans up email and formats it for publication), it's no
problem because I have it somewhere on the other computer (the PII-266) that you
